Our company is looking for a Mobile M&E Engineer to join our team.

Carry out maintenance, reactive and installation works in accordance with appropriate policy, specifications and HSE regulations;
Carry out all relevant checks at agreed timescales in accordance with the site contract specifications;
Good knowledge of the Dorchester region;
Maintain accurate site records/documentation in association with all site works;
Strong organisational skills to ensure schedules and activities meet operational requirements;
Provide a client-facing interface to ensure a high level of communication is delivered to the client;
Proven track record working in the building and construction industry or for Facilities Management provider;
Work in a pro-active manner to build client relationships and be responsive to customer needs;
Work with team leader to prioritise workload to ensure all works are completed within time and budget;
PPM and reactive maintenance across multiple commercial sites;
Ensure that all reactive and maintenance tasks are completed to a high standard within the contracted SLA’s;
To carry out planned preventative maintenance in accordance with site maintenance specification;
BMS systems would be advantageous;
Deal effectively and safely with breakdowns and damage to assets etc.
