Our company is looking for a Mortgage Adviser to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Work fully within the regulatory mortgage environment;
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with Clients;
- To provide a quality compliant and efficient mortgage advice service to our clients at all times;
- Be aware of the potential for additional sales and cross sales;
- To answer queries and questions from clients and work colleagues as they arise;
- Working closely with their established sales teams to provide an unrivalled service to customers;
- Work with clients within agreed service standards;
- To be an excellent communicator and build sound relationships between all the parties involved throughout the process;
- To ensure that their expectations are managed throughout the process and their outcome is a positive experience;
- Ensure a high level of data input accuracy is recorded;
- Identifying and assessing Client’s Mortgage and Protection needs to an extremely high standard;
- Build relationships with clients and introducer’s;
- To portray a professional image to internal and external customers at all times;
- Advise your line management immediately of any changes in personal circumstances that may affect your or our clients’ regulatory status;
- Be able to work under pressure, as part of a team and individually as required by the demands of the role.
Requirements:
- Full CeMap qualifications (or equivalent);
- A proven track record of customer service and sales results;
- Ability to generate your own leads;
- At least one year’s experience working as a Mortgage Adviser ideally in an independent broker or estate agency;
- Minimum 12 months recent experience as an adviser;
- An energetic, can do and positive attitude;
- CeMAP qualifications 1,2,3 with Competent Adviser Status (CAS);
- Should have existing new build experience;
- Drive and determination;
- Strong work ethic;
- Must be an existing and experienced Mortgage Adviser, with a proven track record;
- Excellent organisational skills with great time management.
