Our company is looking for a Part Time Accountant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing the fixed asset schedules;
- Completing Partnership Returns for clients;
- Analysing the shopfit costs;
- Completing accounts and returns for sole traders;
- Raising invoices;
- Providing Managers with information & reports to improve the efficiency of relevant departments within the business;
- Cash flow forecast update;
- Cashbook reconciliations;
- Compiling debtors & creditors reports for weekly meetings;
- Monthly management accounts;
- Debt collection;
- Reconciliation of Balance Sheet nominal accounts;
- Budgeting;
- Assisting with system migration onto Xero;
- Reporting.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of accounts and tax;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Good IT systems experience;
- ACCA/CIMA/ICAS Qualified or Qualified by experience.
