Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the overall traffic volume hitting all the company web domains, to agreed targets by channel;
  • UK Market performance analysis;
  • Drive measurement and analysis to maximise marketeers understanding of activities and deliver optimisations to improve marketing efficiency;
  • Deliver data visualisation and dashboarding to maximise self-service;
  • Work with CRM team to deliver audience data selections;
  • Performance initiatives analysis;
  • Deliver regular reporting on the UK market.

Requirements:

  • UK Market performance analysis;
  • Drive measurement and analysis to maximise marketeers understanding of activities and deliver optimisations to improve marketing efficiency;
  • Experience operating in an E-Commerce and retail environment, including E-Commerce fulfilment, back end systems and front of house retail;
  • Analytical – Able to manipulate data and present cohesive arguments and plans around numbers, trends and data performance;
  • Organized and task orientated;
  • Deliver data visualisation and dashboarding to maximise self-service;
  • At least two years multi-faceted E-Commerce experience, ideally working in a small and consumer branded E-Commerce business;
  • A good understanding of the data points in E-Commerce, including ROAS, CPAs and Funnel Metrics;
  • Excellent influencing skills to manage performance channels, junior and senior colleagues, cross functional teams and external agencies;
  • Relentless on providing excellent customer care;
  • Performance initiatives analysis;
  • Deliver regular reporting on the UK market;
  • Work with CRM team to deliver audience data selections.
