Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall traffic volume hitting all the company web domains, to agreed targets by channel;
- UK Market performance analysis;
- Drive measurement and analysis to maximise marketeers understanding of activities and deliver optimisations to improve marketing efficiency;
- Deliver data visualisation and dashboarding to maximise self-service;
- Work with CRM team to deliver audience data selections;
- Performance initiatives analysis;
- Deliver regular reporting on the UK market.
Requirements:
- UK Market performance analysis;
- Drive measurement and analysis to maximise marketeers understanding of activities and deliver optimisations to improve marketing efficiency;
- Experience operating in an E-Commerce and retail environment, including E-Commerce fulfilment, back end systems and front of house retail;
- Analytical – Able to manipulate data and present cohesive arguments and plans around numbers, trends and data performance;
- Organized and task orientated;
- Deliver data visualisation and dashboarding to maximise self-service;
- At least two years multi-faceted E-Commerce experience, ideally working in a small and consumer branded E-Commerce business;
- A good understanding of the data points in E-Commerce, including ROAS, CPAs and Funnel Metrics;
- Excellent influencing skills to manage performance channels, junior and senior colleagues, cross functional teams and external agencies;
- Relentless on providing excellent customer care;
- Performance initiatives analysis;
- Deliver regular reporting on the UK market;
- Work with CRM team to deliver audience data selections.
