Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and developing a high quality database;
- Negotiation;
- Identifying and generating a pipeline of business within your vertical and market;
- Building strong lasting relationships with candidates, clients and colleagues;
- Meeting with candidates and clients;
- Using candidate databases to match the right person to the client’s vacancy;
- Provide a vital link between clients and candidates;
- Contacting prospective clients for new roles over the telephone and LinkedIn;
- Managing and building a portfolio of ‘white collar’ clients;
- Source new candidates;
- Account manage existing relationships with clients;
- Maximising business opportunities by regular calls and visits to clients;
- Visiting clients to build and develop relationships;
- Filling client requirements of senior and technical job roles;
- Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, plus their work culture and environment.
