Our company is looking for a Presales Consultant – education management software to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing specialist support to sales teams based on your knowledge of the Education Management domain;
  • Ensuring customer requirements and market trends are communicated internally;
  • Answer queries internally regarding Education Management configuration and form design / build;
  • Develop personal knowledge of company products to ensure ability to demonstrate latest functionality adequately;
  • Create / update documents when required;
  • Assist customers to convert this to configuration settings with company systems;
  • Working with colleagues to help define / refine sales messages;
  • Contribution to bid documentation;
  • Contribute to monthly sales meetings;
  • Contribute to Product Board around product enhancement and direction;
  • Configure the Education Management software for customers;
  • Assisting customer in assessing how the company software can be tailored to match their service needs.

Requirements:

  • Providing specialist support to sales teams;
  • Approx 2+ years’ experience in a Presales Consultant, Product Consultant, Software Specialist, Product Analyst or similar type role;
  • Experience working for software house or software vendor in a customer facing/client support role (ideally a B2B environment;
  • Good problem-solving skills to resolve issues;
  • For this position travel will be required to attend meetings at client sites in the UK so a UK driving licence is required;
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines in a pressurised working environment;
  • Ability to learn and work with bespoke systems;
  • Must be familiar with education management software / systems.
