Our company is looking for a Principal Consultant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the incorporation of Software/Technology sales into Consulting sales is in line with overall targets set;
  • Source, architect and structure large, multi-discipline project opportunities with target clients;
  • Drive a culture of integrated collaboration and focusing on delivering a quality, value-based solution;
  • Collaborate with other members of the KBC consulting and Yokogawa Total solutions and delivery teams, as required, to deliver these sales successes;
  • Support and Build/Maintain a Sales Pipeline greater than or equal to three times sales award target;
  • Meet / Exceed annual personal sales targets (Order Intake) as set by the Global Head of Consulting Sales and Transformation;
  • Manage a team of analysts, providing support and guidance when needed;
  • Create, maintain and prioritize the OTT product backlog;
  • Working knowledge of CDM 2015;
  • Demanding of the highest standards and ability to lead by example;
  • Strategic Input – Drive improvements to methodologies and approaches;
  • Other work, commensurate with the role;
  • Recognized thought leader in field of expertise;
  • Relationship building with industry, government, NGOs, international financial institutions and scientific institutions;
  • Substantial contributor to documented best practices, white papers, guides, and process improvement.

Requirements:

  • Experience in working in a client facing role, and proactively managing client relationships;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills (excellent English skills, both written and oral) and the ability to deal with colleagues and clients professionally;
  • Have the gravitas to engage at a senior level in a consultative fashion with clients;
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed;
  • Strong sales/commercial and delivery background, and a good understanding of the hydrocarbon industries;
  • Fully mobile for up to 4 days/week;
  • Have a passion to help improve Public Services in the UK;
  • Substantial contributor to documented best practices, white papers, guides, and process improvement;
  • Capable of supporting account management and business development activities;
  • Regulatory Controller;
  • Previous project experience gained within a management consulting firm;
  • Recognized thought leader in field of expertise;
  • Experience of working within the Public Sector and specifically within social care, or health where the two intersect;
  • Emotionally intelligent: understands how to work in values based organisations and environments;
  • Business Architecture.
