Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinating the compliance process for clients;
- Other ad-hoc duties in line with the role;
- Attending manager meetings and assisting with ideas for implementation in the department;
- Identifying business development and cross-selling opportunities;
- Mentoring junior team members and liaising with Partners;
- Partner support and advisory on ad hoc assignments;
- Developing client relationships;
- Working with Partners and Directors promote and market private client services;
- Ensuring high quality of personal tax service and technical advice;
- An ability to pitch presentations to win work and willingness to seize business development opportunities;
- Delivery on a range of private tax advisory issues;
- Maintaining a wide ranging techical knowledge;
- Development of new client relationship;
- The management of a broad portfolio of advisory work;
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years personal tax experience;
- Strong technical ability;
- Being able to demonstrate management experience;
- Strong practice environment background;
- Fully CTA Qualified.
