Our company is looking for a Project Co-ordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Organise and control project activities;
  • Ensuring deadlines are met;
  • Ensure documents are updated and tracked accurately;
  • Central liaison point for information and project co-ordination, ensuring programme timings aspirations are met hitting key dates & KPIs;
  • Coordinating department meetings, maintaining agendas, taking minutes, collating & distributing papers and event support;
  • Attends project meetings;
  • Delivers engaging, informative, well-organized presentations;
  • Ensure all devices are successfully transitioned from project to BAU;
  • To work with the Account Manager and Service Delivery Manager to;
  • You will be responsible for forecasting and planning assets as required and on-going continuous managing of the assets we have deployed across the UK;
  • Work with sales, installations, support, development and admin teams to keep projects and deliverables on schedule;
  • Communicates effectively with customer engagement team to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions;
  • Track and analyse project performance, profitability, schedule and report to management any change or risk to project deliverables;
  • To provide a consistent, onsite presence to facilitate the project & to achieve a fairly aggressive implementation schedule;
  • Qualify technical and user acceptance of the proposed solution.

Requirements:

  • Positive attitude and good communication skills;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication;
  • Can demonstrate experience in working in a global environment, managing work between different functions;
  • Knowledge or experience within the print industry advantageous;
  • Spanish and English speaker;
  • Financial acumen;
  • Expert planning skills;
  • Effective communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills;
  • High level of organization;
  • Experience as Project Manager or supporting Project Managers in the delivery of projects;
  • Great Excel Skills;
  • Proficient in MS Project and the MS Office Suite of products;
  • A BA degree;
  • Adept at project skills.
