Our company is looking for a Project Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Development and maintenance of project scope definitions, plans and schedules, including the identification of resource requirements;
- Management of change – technical and commercial;
- Ensure effective timely communication and provision of information is maintained throughout the project, change and development lifecycle;
- Drawing up a detailed plan of how to achieve each stage of the project, as well as an overall plan;
- Weekly overview and delivery assurance meeting;
- This person must be independent, flexible and creative to respond to customers and projects as they may occur;
- Managing multiple projects across implementation and change management;
- Ensure there is a proactive approach to manage the Health & Safety on site;
- Leading and assisting with contract enforcement, evaluating non-conformance, dispute resolution and other remedies;

- Proactively provide solutions to improve the performance of the account and project management;
- Controlling vendors/contractors from tender through to construction;

- Excellent written and oral presentation skills; able to present complex ideas at the appropriate level to both technical and non-technical audiences;
- Civil engineering/Geology related degree or equivalent;

- Financial and budgetary experience;
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience as an engineer in the industry, or similar role;
- Ability to present to a large group;
- Highly organised and able to drive projects forwards;
- Evidence of Continuing Professional Development;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with different file formats;
- Good verbal and written presentation skills;
