Our company is looking for a Recruitment Administrator/Resourcer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Collecting and presenting information;
  • Inputting and updating information onto computer system;
  • Printing application packs;
  • Obtaining references for all temporary workers and ensuring they are updated on each file;
  • Filing and photocopying when required;
  • Create and manage weekly, monthly and yearly KPI’s and revenue achievement;
  • Take ownership of the operational running of the Beaconsfield office in conjunction with Steve;
  • Conducting telephone interviews;
  • Assist with event co-ordination (i.e. Staff Training, Xmas, Birthdays);
  • Administrational tasks typical within a HR, people and resourcing environment;
  • Advertising job roles on various sites;
  • Become knowledgeable and assist others in maintaining best practice with our CRM platform;
  • Deal with suppliers such as stationary, refreshments, office furniture – both placing orders and taking deliveries;
  • Short list and screen candidates;
  • Sending out timesheets on a weekly basis and liaising with Clients and Candidates to ensure they are returned on time.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills;
  • Driving licence (desirable);
  • Polite Telephone Manner;
  • Able to work well in a team;
  • Experience in sourcing and pipelining candidates across the UK;
  • Ability to work well under pressure;
  • Excellent telephone manner;
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise;
  • Previous recruitment experience;
  • Ability to provide excellent administration support;
  • High level of computer literacy – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc;
  • Strong organisational skills;
  • Ability to build rapport.
