- Support various stakeholder in interpreting data and analysing results;
- Design, maintain and automate data reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders;
- Focus on the prediction of churn, customer LTV and lifecycle;
- Focus on customer retention projects, and how to keep the customer engaged.
- Knowledge of churn/propensity to lapse, type models;
- Campaign and customer analytics background;
- SAS or SQL, R or Python;
- Subscriptions/Insurance/FS/telecoms experience – anywhere that has exposed them to customer renewal decisioning.
