Reward Analyst Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Reward Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Support with the job evaluation and salary benchmarking process;
- Work directly with the Head of Reward on compensation activity;
- Supporting with pay review and bonus cycles;
- Job levelling and salary benchmarking;
- Leading on the annual pay review;
- Commuicating with senior stakeholders;
- Providing an advisory service when discussing new initiatives to develop current Reward structures and policies;
- Analytical support across all HR and Compensation Data;
- Build and agree a KPI dashboard, and drive improvement to achieve agreed targets to ensure that we continually improve our reward capability;
- Working with wider HR team and explaining complex pay and reward issues;
- Assisting with annual salary review;
- Support the implementation and management of an incentives programme, based on Group, operating company and individual performance and behaviour;
- Working with and reporting on compensation data;
- Supporting the head of Reward with bonus design and delivery.
Requirements:
- A logical thinker, proactive in coming up with recommendations and own point of view;
- Able to clearly convey information using strong communication skills, appropriate for the target audience;
- Experience of coordinating reward processes on an international scale;
- Ability to research various sources of information, summarise and communicate back;
- Previous analytical experience in a professional environment;
- Ability and experience in utilising wider data analytical tools such as Microstrategy would be desirable;
- Able to work on own initiative with minimal supervision;
- Previous reward knowledge; for example, knowledge and experience of working with market surveys and benchmarking activity;
- A team player who is able to quickly build mutually respectful and trusting relationships with others;
- Demonstrable HRIS experience and technical savviness.
