Our company is looking for a Sales Consultant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a knowledgeable, courteous, responsive, and efficient service personifying the brand;
  • Assist in smooth communication throughout and across all functions within the company;
  • Diary management and arranging appointments. Book and manage according to company activity internal meetings and teleconferences;
  • To receive goods from suppliers, checking them against orders, storing and labelling them as appropriate occasionally when required;
  • Dealing with any and all customer issues ensuring a positive outcome for the customer wherever possible;
  • Following up on warm leads;
  • Providing advice and guidance on product selection to maximise sales;
  • Research and identify potential customers;
  • Maintain high stands of stock replenishment and ensure all items on display are correctly priced;
  • Creating and delivering detailed and value-add sales presentations both online and face to face;
  • Working closing with the Sales Development team to ensure top quality lead handovers;
  • Ensure the visual presentation of the retail concession is maintained and in line with brand standards at all times;
  • Wowing our potential clients and upholding the reputation of the business;
  • Demonstrating exceptional customer service and commercial awareness;
  • Cold calling schools / colleges to talk them about vehicles they have on offer.

Requirements:

  • Honest with high levels of integrity;
  • Pragmatic and analytical problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to effectively network and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Excellent organisation and work planning skills;
  • Office IT skills, specifically in Microsoft applications;
  • Good presentation skills and ability to deliver a strong sales pitch;
  • Bubbly with a vibrant personality, a positive outlook and strong work ethic;

  • Experience in the waste water industry and general techniques and chemical procedures employed by HACH Company;
  • Excellent telephone manner, organised and reliable with excellent attention to detail;
  • Experience of selling training products and events – desirable;
  • Exceptional computer skills and an understanding of computer packages (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Dynamics, Dezrez);
  • Sufficient B2B telesales experience – required;
  • Responsive to customer needs;
  • Experience working in a consultative and solution type sales role.
