Our company is looking for a Salesforce Consultant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide post implementation support and maintain customer contact;
  • Sales Negotiation & Closure;
  • Contract Negotiation; in conjunction with other departments;
  • Translate requirements into suitable solutions following best practices;
  • Run pre sales scoping workshops;
  • Work closely with clients and key stakeholders, holding workshops and 1-1 sessions to fully understand the business requirements;
  • Collaborate/build strong relationships with customers at all levels;
  • Work on full project life-cycle from discovery through to development, test and training.

Requirements:

  • Been involved in full lifecycle project implementations;
  • Experience of selling services;
  • Account management experience;
  • Computer and Internet Literate;
  • Ability to present and negotiate successfully at Director level;
  • In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of Salesforce.com;
  • Hands-on Salesforce Configuration experience;
  • Sales experience within Business Consulting or;
  • 3+ years Salesforce experience;
  • Salesforce Admin 201 certified;
  • Strong experience with Salesforce implementation environment;
  • Technical sales experience;
  • Demonstrable ability to successfully deliver complex implementations and exceed customer expectations;
  • Business Analysis experience or;
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce.com integration and data management.
