Responsibilities:

  • Full Project Management of various events from development stage, planning and design with the team and then overseeing on-site delivery;
  • Proposal writing, budget control and sourcing suppliers and venues;
  • Managing the relationship client side, building the relationship and maintaining communication links for all projects;
  • Adding your creative input and new ideas to meet and enhance the event brief;
  • Remain up to date on new event concepts and market trends and grow your venue and supplier knowledge.

Requirements:

  • able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines;
  • Be highly organised and with the ability to multi-task and lead a team in a demanding situation;
  • Be creative and have a good understanding of design and event experience;
  • Hold a UK driver’s licence.
