Responsibilities:
- Full Project Management of various events from development stage, planning and design with the team and then overseeing on-site delivery;
- Proposal writing, budget control and sourcing suppliers and venues;
- Managing the relationship client side, building the relationship and maintaining communication links for all projects;
- Adding your creative input and new ideas to meet and enhance the event brief;
- Remain up to date on new event concepts and market trends and grow your venue and supplier knowledge.
Requirements:
- able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines;
- Be highly organised and with the ability to multi-task and lead a team in a demanding situation;
- Be creative and have a good understanding of design and event experience;
- Hold a UK driver’s licence.
