Senior Recruitment Consultant Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing candidates CVs, Job Specifications, Adverts and other paper work required;
- Arrange and maintain regular client meetings and reviews with a pro-active approach;
- Developing effective working relationships with existing and new customers;
- Adhere to strict compliance and hold a full understanding of rules and regulations both in the recruitment sector and driver working time directive;
- Remaining GDPR compliant at all times in line with internal and government guidelines;
- Understand and meet agreed personal KPIs and targets;
- Be a resource for your team to deal with difficult recruitment issues;
- Attend open days, training days and client meetings representing Altrix;
- Engage candidates with the job role, discussing the vision and potential as well as salary and benefits;
- To ensure all processes and compliance procedures are followed;
- Attracting suitable candidates via social media, job boards etc,
- Identify and attend relevant industry exhibitions both day and evening, in order to build unique 1-2-1 relationships with key stakeholders;
- Monitoring activity across the programming desk, setting weekly KPIs and quarterly objectives for your team;
- Managing multiple deadlines within a fun, lively and target driven environment;
- Negotiation of rates and contracts.
Requirements:
- Self-motivated, tenacious with the determination and inner drive to win and deliver a quality service;
- Proven record of repeatedly hitting and exceeding sales targets within a solution / service industry;
- Excellent computer skills;
- Must have excellent organisational skills with the ability to run multiple projects;
- 5+ years experience in recruitment – agency preferred over internal;
- Able to work in a high-pressured environment;
- Previous experience on managing a recruitment desk with large blue-chip clients;
- Driven and motivated to meet targets and KPI’s;
- Capable with managing a team – minimum of one year;
- You will need to be consistent in performance levels and growth of desk;
- Able to work autonomously, yet stay within the process framework;
- To have an interest in industry wide new and developments;
- You must be able to exceed your revenue expectations – be in the green zone;
- Self-motivation and a positive attitude;
- Ability to build and grow long standing relationships based on trust and loyalty with nurses and clients.
