Our company is looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing the technical solutions, planning and execution of multiple key events;
  • Have very good presentation skills and be able to present to senior clients confidently when appropriate;

  • Be able to mentor Production Manager/Junior Production Managers/ Event Producers, ensuring that they learn from working on specific project;

  • Drive the roadmap and vision to deliver enterprise grade applications;
  • Define and drive the product roadmap for the part of the portfolio that focuses on asset or equipment focused Field Service Management;
  • Develop enterprise solutions with UX in mind for multi-device support.

Requirements:

  • Ability to establish relationships and maintain a positive rapport with colleagues, clients, vendors and suppliers;
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications such as PowerPoint and Excel along with knowledge of G Suite;
  • Calm approach to handling the pressure and stress of ever-changing demands;
  • Extensive supplier knowledge (worldwide);
  • Strong oral and written communication skills;
  • A demonstrated background in scenery, AV systems, rigging, lighting, temporary structures, system build, power distribution, wifi;
  • Comfortable writing technical briefs for suppliers;
  • Ambitious, proactive and flexible when dealing with ever-changing situations;
  • Experience as successful account/business manager, selling to CxO and decision-maker level;
  • Deeper understanding and experience in working with companies using Field Service Management Solutions;
  • A minimum of 10-year overall experience. 3 years of experience in a product owner, business analyst or technology strategy role;
  • Experience working on enterprise products and delivering solutions with multi-device support;
  • Industry experience within Industrial Machinery, Manufacturing, Medical Devices, High-Tech and Oil & Gas;
  • Considerable experience in working with leading Service Operations solutions including Field Service Management;
  • Strong analytical skills, along with excellent written and oral skills.
