Our company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process;
  • Supporting your clients throughout the hiring process;
  • You will be expected to share the Give A Grad A Go company updates on LinkedIn and other social channels;
  • Building and maintaining relationships with your clients, and working to understand their needs;
  • Speaking to candidates and helping, supporting and guiding them through the process;
  • Researching and investigating new business prospects, ranging from growing tech startups, to corporate FTSE 100 business;
  • Sharing your knowledge of the graduate recruitment market.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication & people skills – you must love putting these into action, whether it’s in face to face meetings or over the telephone;
  • Master’s level degree;
  • A great work ethic twinned with an excellent academic or commercial track record;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Commercial maturity – this role is very consultative, and you’ll be dealing with your peers as well as senior level clients on a daily basis;
  • Experience building and driving talent sourcing initiatives;
  • A 2.1 or above from a top university;
  • Corporate and/or search firm progressive recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting.
