Responsibilities:
- Advertising of vacancies using an ATS (SuccessFactors);
- Assess candidate information, including technical CV’s using our ATS;
- Support and coordinate industry meet-up, candidate engagement and employer branding events;
- Interview coordination including diary management, room bookings, internal coordination;
- Management of candidates through the recruitment process (email and phone coordination);
- You will progress quickly to support end to end hiring; managing recruitment briefs, interview/assessment cycles and offer processes;

- Use multiple recruitment tools to find the best talent in Europe;

Requirements:
- Able to prioritise based on operational and political priorities;
- Knowledge of talent /pooling, especially through IT systems/software;
- Assessment (Very strong competency interview skills);
- Thrives in and enjoys complex, matrixed, changeable and ambiguous working environments;
- Strong prioritisation and multi-tasking ability;
- Basic data & reporting skills including the use of Resourcing MI tool to create recruitment updates for the business;
- Superb communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Proven ability to build strong working relationships at all levels within the organisation;
- Desire to help in other areas of HR such as Performance, Career progression, L&D etc;
- Talent acquisition/sourcing experience in a busy high-growth environment, preferably in creative industries;
- Proven experience developing an employer brand;
- You will be focused on reducing agency costs by working with the key stakeholders to forecast future gaps & recruitment needs;
- Proven recruitment experience previously, demonstrating an in-depth understanding of the end to end recruitment process;
- Ability and desire to recruit proactively using direct sourcing methods including LinkedIn & social media attraction to grow the talent pipeline;
- Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple relationships.
