Talent Manager

The Manager of Talent Management evaluates and provides reports regarding the effectiveness of the organization’s talent strategies. Designs and implements programs that aim to attract, measure, develop and manage an organization’s talent pool. Being a Manager of Talent Management requires a bachelor’s/master’s degree. May be responsible for the development of training programs aimed at aligning talent management with organizational goals. In addition, Manager of Talent Management typically reports to top management. The Manager of Talent Management typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. Working as a Manager of Talent Management typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.

Our company is looking for a Talent Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Through weekly CG Status meetings, maintains regular contact with Shows to ensure that crewing needs are met;
  • Maintains overview of utilisation using established departmental production management and tracking systems;
  • Works with the Training team to develop training plans for upcoming show needs and ongoing departmental talent development;
  • Works with the HR Coordinator, coordinates submission and review of timecards on a weekly basis;
  • Maybe required to participate or be responsible for other duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Advanced user of MS Office – Advanced MS Excel a big advantage;
  • Excellent interpersonal Skills;
  • Proven analytical skills;
  • Excellent organizational and administration skills;
  • Willingness to travel both nationally and internationally;
  • Understanding of computer graphics terminology and a thorough understanding of the processes involved in CG post production;
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate effectively to individuals of all nationalities and backgrounds;
  • Must be able to work quickly and effectively to turn around reports and analysis in a timely manner;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • High levels of self-motivation and pro-activeness as well as reactiveness.
