Our company is looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the development team & product owner to find optimal technical solutions;
  • Able to facilitate requirements prioritisation;
  • Understanding of modern front end development platforms;
  • Investigate & critically assess business problem / opportunity against business goals & strategy;
  • Regular business discussions with French clients;
  • Assess business value realisation;
  • Able to write requirements in JIRA in collaboration with SME’s;
  • Experience with Avaloq Banking Suite;
  • Work with the Product Owner to maintain the roadmap and sprint backlogs;
  • Stakeholder identification, engagement, and management;
  • Work closely with project teams contributing to analysis, design, testing and delivery phases;
  • Able to write business case that accurately depicts proposed project and is tailored to intended consumer(s);
  • Implement exciting software solutions;
  • Working within scrum to create & refine business and technical stories in preparation for sprint planning;
  • Monitor the system and always look for improvements.

Requirements:

  • Liaise with upstream providers to obtain where necessary;
  • Having the ability to apply technology and structured problem solving;
  • Test the outputs and functionality, where applicable;
  • Confident with talking to customers and building relationships;
  • Good A Levels (B minimum);
  • First class organisation skills;
  • At least a 2:1 in Computer Science, Maths, Physics, engineering or similar;
  • Map them to our in-house regulatory data warehouse and reporting software (Axiom);
  • Isolate the specific data required (by product and attributes);
  • Identify whether we already have them or they need to be obtained;
  • Exceptional time management.
