Our company is looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing candidates CVs, Job Specifications, Adverts and other paper work required;
- Preparing Cvs to send to clients;
- Making outbound calls daily with the intentions to book client visits & take on new job vacancies;
- Sales: selling your candidates to your existing client base, negotiating terms of business, handling objectives and finalising deals;
- Prospecting new clients as directed;
- Providing top quality customer service to existing customer;
- To aid in the generation of new candidates through the use of social media, electronic mailers, referrals and resurrections;
- Database: Update all activity and candidate actions onto the database system;
- Making daily business development calls and attracting new clients to use our services;
- Business development and maintaining client relationships;
- Managing the recruitment database;
- Calling candidates;
- Preparing candidates for interviews and guiding them through the process;
- Managing the process from assessing the CV, through to the start date;
- Working closely with the other consultants to share candidates and information to optimise the branch performance.
Requirements:
- Must have excellent organisational skills with the ability to run multiple projects;
- Excellent computer skills;
- Organised; ability to plan, prioritise and meet strict deadlines;
- Motivated by targets and the chance to earn commission;
- Entrepreneur mind-set driven by challenges and commercially minded;
- Attracting candidates by using a wide range of media and drafting advertising copy for use on social media /networks, attending events and referrals;
- Punctual;
- Interest in research and curiosity to find new ways of approaching and solving challenges;
- You are a good problem solver and can remain calm when things aren’t turning out the way you hoped;
- Impressive organisational skills and an understanding of the importance of time management;
