Training Consultant Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Training Consultant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- You will have sector experience relevant to the SNC Lavalin core markets e.g. Defence, Transportation, Nuclear, Power Generation;
- You will have a demonstrable ability to coach and mentor colleagues in all aspects of the training cycle;
- You build trusted and lasting relationships with clients and colleagues, at all levels, in a business environment;
- You have excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present information which is compelling, engaging and unambiguous;
- You will be able to clearly articulate the benefits of employing all areas of the training cycle to internal and external stakeholders;
- Understand the role of individual contributions to team objectives in establishing a Training Services team that is aligned to UK SBS business goals;
- Deliver group-based and 1-1 training on client systems and allied business processes as required;
- Test all new training exercises in training environment for accurate and appropriate results prior to delivery;
- Deliver group-based or 1-1 coaching, facilitation and soft skills upon request.
