Our company is looking for a Scrub Nurse to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of services and working to develop and enhance the knowledge and skills of yourself and your colleagues;
- Providing each of your patients with a high level of personalised care during their peri-operative phase;
- Supporting and assisting in the management and organisation of care provision within the operating department;
- Applying clinical reasoning across a range and varied patient case mix and showing competency across a range of skills;
- Ensuring all equipment is managed safely and effectively.
Requirements:
- Have been employed as a theatre nurse/ODP in an NHS Hospital within the last 24months;
- Have a minimum of 6 months, post graduation, NHS Hospital experience;
- Be NMC/HCPC registered. Your NMC/HCPC pin should not have any restrictions or conditions.
