Our company is looking for a Business Support Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Liaising with the Operations Officer to set up AV equipment & refreshments for internal meetings;
- Help coordinate monthly Dr Bike’ cycle servicing sessions for members: greet employees, check-in and return bikes, collate feedback;
- Being involved in data entry, mail outs and greeting visitors;
- Scheduling and coordinating team events;
- Handle requests for employee services such as the Buzz local discount card and the Secure Bike Park;
- Organising catering, setting up rooms and circulating agendas;
- Monitoring email enquiries and identifying opportunities to maximise contact with new and existing members, arranging meetings with them if required;
- Promoting the business facilities to events managers & potential hirers;
- Handling all phone and email enquires;
- Minute taking in meetings;
- Assisting with events that include seminars and community events;
- Providing support for staff team meetings.
Requirements:
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills (Essential);
- Proven experience in either administration/compliance/procurement/ is essential;
- Numerate and comfortable with figures;
- Thorough and accurate approach, with excellent attention to detail (Essential);
- Confident user of MS Office software packages: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook (Essential);
- Professional telephone and personal communication skills;
- Experience of multi-tasking and managing work flows;
- Have a minimum of 1 years’ experience of working in an administrative or office support role;
- Highly accurate with attention to detail;
- Flexible and adaptable;
- Be able to confidently take minutes at team meetings;
- Ability to work well in a team;
- Ability to learn new systems quickly and become a “super user”;
- Be confident in using MS Office packages such as Excel & PowerPoint;
- Well organised and able to work well under pressure.
