Case Administrator Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Case Administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Telephone liaison with the client, borrowers and other external institutions;
- Act in accordance with security and operational instructions at all times to ensure the maintenance of security within the secure environment;
- Organise and co-ordinate meetings, diaries, events and travel arrangements ensuring individual and functional/departmental objectives are met;
- Work towards the achievement of monthly completions targets whilst maintaining high quality standards;
- Use excellent communication skills to participate in referrer and witness liaison;
- Support Case Officers with the preparation of papers;
- Account management;
- Customer Service;
- Identify any errors in the case;
- Respond to all customer/client queries within a preselected time;
- Correctly interpret redemption statements and search results;
- Handle all contact with customers both verbal and written in an efficient and professional manner;
- Identify and take ownership of potential problems, reporting the problem to your Team Leader;
- Where possible, identify process improvements;
- Keeping customer/client records up to date.
Requirements:
- Proven administrative experience in a complex office environment;
- Experience of working within a customer service environment;
- Ability to deal with a high workload;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Highly motivated with a flexible approach;
- Experience within Legal/Regulatory environment would be an advantage;
- Excellent IT skills;
- Able to show sensitivity and tact when identifying and working with customer needs and confidential information.
