Our company is looking for a Case Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Telephone liaison with the client, borrowers and other external institutions;
  • Act in accordance with security and operational instructions at all times to ensure the maintenance of security within the secure environment;
  • Organise and co-ordinate meetings, diaries, events and travel arrangements ensuring individual and functional/departmental objectives are met;
  • Work towards the achievement of monthly completions targets whilst maintaining high quality standards;
  • Use excellent communication skills to participate in referrer and witness liaison;
  • Support Case Officers with the preparation of papers;
  • Account management;
  • Customer Service;
  • Identify any errors in the case;
  • Respond to all customer/client queries within a preselected time;
  • Correctly interpret redemption statements and search results;
  • Handle all contact with customers both verbal and written in an efficient and professional manner;
  • Identify and take ownership of potential problems, reporting the problem to your Team Leader;
  • Where possible, identify process improvements;
  • Keeping customer/client records up to date.

Requirements:

  • Proven administrative experience in a complex office environment;
  • Experience of working within a customer service environment;
  • Ability to deal with a high workload;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Highly motivated with a flexible approach;
  • Experience within Legal/Regulatory environment would be an advantage;
  • Excellent IT skills;
  • Able to show sensitivity and tact when identifying and working with customer needs and confidential information.
