Configuration Analyst

Configuration Analyst I analyzes changes of product design to determine the effect on the end product design and function and determines and prepares documentation necessary for change. Coordinates with customers and manufacturers to determine a process for change reporting. Being a Configuration Analyst I reviews released engineering change data and changes documenting activities to ensure adherence to configuration management procedures and policies. Typically requires at least a bachelor’s degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Configuration Analyst I typically reports to a supervisor. To be a Configuration Analyst I typically requires 0-2 years of related experience. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed.

Our company is looking for a Configuration Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Train INSTANDA clients/users about our SAAS product to successfully hand over the configurations;
  • Build and deliver insurance products for distribution on the INSTANDA platform (we provide training – no complex coding required);
  • Take a hands-on approach to troubleshooting;
  • Support the UAT process of the INSTANDA configuration and of new functionalities;
  • Partner with our service delivery and engineering teams to support design and sign off potential new functionalities;
  • Participate in workshops and interviews with our clients and stakeholders;
  • Effectively capture, understand, define and document business requirements.

Requirements:

  • Experience developing and testing software (desirable).
