Our company is looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure Scurri in order to meet customer business requirements;
  • Identify and communicate implementation issues and escalate to appropriate parties;
  • Provides answers to clients by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding client through corrective steps;
  • Assist the customer with the integration testing process;
  • Assist the customer with training and usage of the Scurri solution;
  • To provide accurate reporting for all client contact and training on Microsoft Dynamics CRM;
  • To resolve technical implementation issues where possible, otherwise escalate to technical support or distribution team;
  • Assist the customer determine the best approach to integrate with Scurriā€™s product and API, define and document the integration process;
  • Manage onboarding activities via phone, teleconference, email and in person;
  • To take ownership of each customer from initial training to online account activation;
  • Available to visit customer accommodation as and when required for onsite training;
  • Verify that solution functionality is accurate and complete.
