Customer Service Administrator Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring data accuracy in all aspects of work;
- Responding to enquires quickly and effectively, whilst ensuring first class customer service;
- Dealing with incoming emails, often corresponding on behalf of management;
- Production of weekly and monthly reports;
- To act professionally at all times and ensure the ethics and ethos of the company are followed;
- Process telephone and mailbox orders accurately and in a timely manner;
- Answering the telephone to a variety of people and either being able to deal with their enquiry or direct them to the relevant department;
- Providing a help desk service;
- General Office administration including managing an effective filing system and post;
- Adhere to AVH procedures and HSE requirements;
- conduct warranty investigations and efficiently advise in accordance to the company’s warranty and customer service terms;
- Responding to emails;
- Responding to daily email traffic internal and external customers and clients;
- Manages the Input, output and updating of projects in Project Management System;
- Adhoc work as and when required.
Requirements:
- Customer service experience;
- Provide External customer service;
- Good communication skills, both oral and written;
- Must have G.C.S.E (or equivalent) Maths and English grade āCā or above;
- Communicate daily with Sales Managers on all general enquiries regarding key accounts;
- Ability to work under pressure, whilst maintaining attention to detail;
- Resilient;
- Highly numerically accurate;
- Ability to work within critical timelines and under pressure;
- Maintaining processes of delivery throughout the Factory;
- Good communication and questioning skills;
- Be a fast learner, self-motivated and able to organise their own workload with strong time management skills;
- Oversee day to day administration and processes;
- The role will involve working with sensitive data daily, so honesty, integrity and discretion are an absolute must;
- You will be computer literate, a knowledge of Word and Excel will be an advantage.
