Our company is looking for a French Speaking Account Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Balance Sheet Reconciliations;
  • Ad-hoc reporting;
  • P&L analysis;
  • Month end reporting including journals;
  • Preparation of monthly management accounts;
  • Manage 1 junior direct report;
  • Prepare weekly sales reporting and monthly P&L responsibility;
  • Supporting Budgeting and forecasting;
  • Work closely with the transactional team to ensure incoming and outgoing invoices are correct and generate necessary reports and analysis;
  • Accruals and Prepayments;
  • Liaise with the commercial team to generate budgets and forecasts;
  • First point of contact for queries;
  • Completion of the management accounts for France;
  • Additional duties as required by the Financial Controller;
  • Ad hoc analysis assisting the commercial finance team.

Requirements:

  • Part-Qualified CIMA or ACCA;
  • Good Excel Skills and ideally experience with SAP;
  • Previous experience of B2B sales (preferably towards HR);
  • Can contact anyone and book a meeting over the phone or email;
  • Highly personable with strong attention to detail;
  • Fluent in French & English (written and verbal);
  • Fluent French and understanding of the FMCG industry;
  • Motivated self-starter;
  • Experience in FMCG or Retail would be advantageous;
  • Retail/ Consumer/ Hospitality experience a bonus;
  • Line Management experience with proven ability to lead, coach and set business targets aligned with company objectives;
  • Personable with gravitas within the industry and with key decision makers;
  • At least one year in a Management Accountant position;
  • Intermediate level of French;
  • Good at building relationships.
