- Process orders received via the telephone, fax, e-mail or internet;
- Handle inbound calls from existing clients;
- Be proactive in the area of Customer retention;
- Make outbound calls to customers;
- Action emails;
- Answer incoming phone calls.
Requirements:
- Native French and fluent English is elimentary with EU Passport;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Customer focussed and able to provide professional, polite customer service;
- Interactive and enthusiastic team player willing to assume new responsibilities;
- Well organised approach to work, balancing workload to ensure targets are met and ability to demonstrate good time management skills.
