German Speaking Customer Service Advisor Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a German Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from existing clients;
- Be proactive in the area of Customer retention;
- Deliver high quality customer service to major retailers as well as independent;
- Assist with new customer’s enquiries;
- Supporting an online chat functionality;
- Understanding and resolving customer enquiries politely and in line with company guidelines and in consideration of customer’s preferred outcome;
- Providing an excellent pre-and post-sales customer experience;
- Help to maintain the company website by reporting any change required to relevant departments;
- Processing orders;
- Provide prompt and friendly customer support by listening to customers and responding in a way that meets their expectations;
- Realising and taking opportunities to up-sell products and delivery options;
- Logging and follow up of Customer Information;
- Responding to enquiries via Inbound calls, Emails & Social media;
- Troubleshoot the issues accordingly using available resources;
- Accurately recording information given by the customer in their in the in-house CRM system, and setting follow-up reminders as necessary.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German Language (verbal and written);
- Customer facing/customer support role – ideally over the telephone in support desk environment;
- Interactive and enthusiastic team player willing to assume new responsibilities;
- A passion for customer service;
- Well organised approach to work, balancing workload to ensure targets are met and ability to demonstrate good time management skills;
- Native German and fluent English is elimentary;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Customer focussed and able to provide professional, polite customer service;
- Good Knowledge of PC (hardware, software, internet);
- Windows, Ms Office Suite, Skype, Windows Media Player, Windows Messenger;
- Passion for IT/Technicall Minded.
