  • Build Badoo into a clear and purposeful brand by leveraging creativity and technology to accelerate culture;
  • Collaborate with product on app features and product marketing based on our brand mission and identity;
  • Ensure consistency of branding and TOV across all customer touch points;
  • Continuously ideate and produce outstanding campaigns that drive growth, from creative strategy through to copy, design, and production;
  • Develop a world-class in-house agency and creative team that can generate and execute global creative work to be leveraged across our markets.


  • Ability to create a buzz and energy behind a brand that delights consumers;
  • A strong cultural perspective of why honesty and openness are fundamental values by which all people should connect and build relationships;
  • Ability to create a work environment that is high performance, fun and encourages active decision-making and considered risk-taking;
  • Outstanding understanding of customer insights, user research and audience segmentation;
  • Understanding of international markets, especially the UK, France, US, Russia, Spain, and Brazil;
  • Strong emotional intelligence to lead and inspire others, and build relationships at all levels;
  • Exceptional conceptual, strategic art and copy skills. We’d love to see a portfolio that showcases innovative creative strategies for other brands;
