- Headcount management to agreed targets;
- Owning the establishment and effective running of relevant Bank data governance forums that complement and enhance existing assurance forums;
- Measurement and improvement in the Bank’s data maturity using industry Data Capability Assessment Model (DCAM) process;
- Liaison with other key business stakeholders to ensure data governance principles are embedded in commercial and technology designs and decisions.
