HR Data Administrator Job Description Template

Our company is looking for a HR Data Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages user permissions within the systems;
  • Participate in ad-hoc data-driven projects, such as salary surveys, pay median exercises and annual merit cycles;
  • Provide day to day administrative support and on-going maintenance;
  • Monthly corporate KPIs;
  • Conduct all data requests that come into the HR team;
  • Interface between outsourced payroll provider and finance function.

Requirements:

  • Ability to travel (approximately 10% of the role);
  • Data Integration;
  • Data Analysis;
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Advanced excel skills;
  • Data cleansing;
  • Working knowledge of HR information systems;
  • Strong data manipulation skills and a general interest in working with data;
  • Experienced in working in virtual teams across different locations and time zones;
  • Ability to manage own workload and priorities to agreed timescales;
  • Reporting;
  • Advanced MS Excel competence.
