HR Data Administrator Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a HR Data Administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manages user permissions within the systems;
- Participate in ad-hoc data-driven projects, such as salary surveys, pay median exercises and annual merit cycles;
- Provide day to day administrative support and on-going maintenance;
- Monthly corporate KPIs;
- Conduct all data requests that come into the HR team;
- Interface between outsourced payroll provider and finance function.
Requirements:
- Ability to travel (approximately 10% of the role);
- Data Integration;

- High level of accuracy and attention to detail;
- Advanced excel skills;
- Data cleansing;
- Working knowledge of HR information systems;
- Strong data manipulation skills and a general interest in working with data;
- Experienced in working in virtual teams across different locations and time zones;
- Ability to manage own workload and priorities to agreed timescales;
- Reporting;
- Advanced MS Excel competence.
