Our company is looking for a IT Support Analyst – SQL (Spanish Speaking) to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Performing analysis on customer data and providing customers with figures;
  • Providing 1 st and 2 nd line support to their global network of customers;
  • Collaborating closely with internal departments;
  • Resolving customer issues;
  • Working predominantly within the Spanish market;
  • Actively monitoring system using a variety of tools such as SQL and Java;

Requirements:

  • A strong interest in learning on the job;
  • Highly educated to degree level – 2.1 in a STEM subject;
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a 1 st or 2 nd line application support role in a customer-facing environment;
  • Fluent in Spanish and English;
  • Confident communicator;
  • Analytically minded (Proficient in SQL/Java);
