Our company is looking for a Junior Designer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Liaising with clients regarding designs they have provided;
- Liaising with production to ensure quality and consistency;
- Completing adhoc administrative duties as and when requested;
- Producing and maintaining client files;
- Assist production on work on an ad hoc basis;
- Working in conjunction with the Design Manager and Sales team, turning their design briefs and requests into designs proposals;
- Liaising with the installation team when needed;
- Setup of print ready artwork;
- Producing Works Orders to pass to production;
- Reworking logos and designs on behalf of clients;
- Advising clients on branding;
- Take on special design tasks to support multiple projects (e.g. photo retouching);
- Use feedback from leaders to improve work;
- Able to work with different departments to maintain a consistently high output;

Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with Adobe After Effects and/or Adobe Premiere Pro is desirable;
- Degree in Design related disciplines or relevant experience;
- An ability to deliver high quality work in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to follow brand guidelines but who can also contribute new and exciting ideas when required;
- Strong communication skills with a high level of interpersonal and presentation skills; the ability to constructively shape conversation;
- Keen sense of visual storytelling and composition;
- Typography is life;
- The ability to generate creative ideas with strong research skills – you need to understand your audience;
- Understanding of visual elements (layout, type and fonts);
- Strong layout and typography skills;
- Keen eye for detail;
- Willingness to help and assist at ‘foodie’ events;
