Our company is looking for a Lead RPA Developer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Coach others and encourage them to take ownership of their development;
  • Act to resolve issues which prevent effective team working, even during times of change and uncertainty;
  • Develops the automation of PwC internal and client business processes;
  • Leads a team of junior RPA developers;
  • Pursue opportunities to develop existing and new skills outside of comfort zone;
  • Use multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder views to develop solutions and recommendations;
  • Analyse complex ideas or proposals and build a range of meaningful recommendations;
  • Reports status, issues and risks to technology leads on a regular basis;
  • Keeps the RPA Technology Lead up to date with the status of development, issues and impact on related development / projects;
  • Focus on building trusted relationships;
  • Ensures quality of coded components by performing thorough unit testing;
  • Improves skills in automation products by completing automation certification;
  • Ensures documentation is well maintained;
  • Works collaboratively with testers during the UAT phases to fix assigned bugs with quality;
  • Develop a perspective on key global trends, including globalisation, and how they impact the firm and our clients.
