Our company is looking for a Part Time Sales Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining Non-conformance register;
  • Sales order processing support (incl web sales);
  • Processing orders within refined SLA’s;
  • Scheduling survey requests for internal and external surveyors;
  • Liaising with a range of departments within the company to provide good communication;
  • Raising and tracking sales orders (including customer purchase orders);
  • Data management of sales information using SalesForce system;
  • Generating reports, presentations on sales performance and pulling data from the SalesForce system;
  • Processing purchase orders;
  • Handling petty cash;
  • Liaising with customers regarding sales (No Cold calling);
  • Responding to customer/supplier emails;
  • Creating effective ways of working, including shared calendars;
  • Organising overseas shipments of stock;
  • Dealing with Supplier invoices/credits.

Requirements:

  • Responsive and efficient;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel;
  • Ability to learn quickly;
  • Strong communication skills including good telephone manner;
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills;
  • Ability to problem solve;
  • Exceptional attention to detail;
  • Able to interpret and create numeric reports;
