Planning Administrator Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Planning Administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Field incoming calls into the Projects department;
- Archiving of ageing Project Documentation;
- Arrange for the hire and off hire of additional resources when necessary;
- Willing to undertake other tasks where required;
- Assist senior managers/directors with Quotations and update CRM system where;
- Liaise with all departments within the company to ensure efficient use of available resources;
- Take part in project meetings, taking minutes where necessary, and presenting if required;
- Process customer orders and update projects schedules as required;
- Assist in the maintaining the project file structure, including ensuring this meets ISO standards;
- Assist with the production of data sheets, user manuals and technical documentation where required.
Requirements:
- Experience of planning or warehouse admin.
