Our company is looking for a Planning Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Field incoming calls into the Projects department;
  • Archiving of ageing Project Documentation;
  • Arrange for the hire and off hire of additional resources when necessary;
  • Willing to undertake other tasks where required;
  • Assist senior managers/directors with Quotations and update CRM system where;
  • Liaise with all departments within the company to ensure efficient use of available resources;
  • Take part in project meetings, taking minutes where necessary, and presenting if required;
  • Process customer orders and update projects schedules as required;
  • Assist in the maintaining the project file structure, including ensuring this meets ISO standards;
  • Assist with the production of data sheets, user manuals and technical documentation where required.

Requirements:

  • Experience of planning or warehouse admin.
