Our company is looking for a Project Support Administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Support in the creation and distribution of formal communication documents to support project development;
- Be able to demonstrate excellent organisational and planning skills;
- Working with timesheet and expenses;
- Prepare, write up and coordinate meeting information;
- Provide excellent Administration support;
- Have a professional and friendly approach, supporting the project;
- Ideally have previous experience of working within a project environment, ideally having experience of producing project documentation;
- Liaising with internal customers on a variety of projects the department is working on;
- Creating Reports and extracting Data;
- Scanning and filing;
- Support in the governance of projects by preparing documents, arranging meetings and taking minutes;
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Carrying out ad hoc administrative duties.
Requirements:
- Experience in using Microsoft Office;
- Strong administration and organisation skills;
- Experience working in a similar field/housing would be desirable;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence a diverse range of stakeholders, particularly those in a site environment;
- Clear and efficient communicator – both written and oral;
- Experience of business finance management and reporting processes;
- Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, Outlook;
- General administrative and business support experience;
- Strong communicator who is confident liaising with Departments, Agencies, Stakeholders and Customers;
- Excellent administration/project support experience;
- Ability to work autonomously but with awareness of boundaries of scope and own limitations;
- A proactive approach to work is essential;
- Structured, diligent approach to work;
- Be highly organised and be able to keep information/files up to date to a high standard;
