Property Administrator Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Property Administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Work towards the achievement of monthly completions targets whilst maintaining high quality standards;
- Telephone liaison with the client, borrowers and other external institutions;
- Identify and take ownership of potential problems, reporting the problem to your Team Leader;
- Being a point of contact for general queries being able to liaise with clients, contractors and tenants;
- Intermediate to advanced level of proficiency with MS Office programs;
- Maintaining in-house company reports and spreadsheets;
- Branch reception cover when required;
- Ensure all client reports are completed and sent out on time;
- Being able to respond proactively to any emergencies/urgent issues as they arise;
- Ability to generate professional correspondence unaided;
- Monitor costs incurred by the department;
- Arranging office supplies and invoicing;
- Arranging access to properties;
- Assisting with chasing payments, outstanding invoices & queries, terminating & setting up contracts;
- Ensure ISO procedures are followed.
Requirements:
- Experience working within the property sector is desirable but not essential;
- Interest in design;
- Hard-working and ready for a challenge;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Polite Telephone Manner;
- Be articulate and a good communicator;
- Previous experience in an office administrator/office manager role;
- Previous administration experience;
- Ability to comprehend new systems;
- An administrative role preferablywithin the property market;
- Ability to deal with client queries and document comprehensive notes;
- Be a well-presented individual with a desire, character and attitude to succeed;
- Capability to work in a process driven environment;
- Have worked within a sales environment is highly desirable;
- Initiative to work efficiently unsupervised.
