Our company is looking for a Property Administrator to join our team.


  • Work towards the achievement of monthly completions targets whilst maintaining high quality standards;
  • Telephone liaison with the client, borrowers and other external institutions;
  • Identify and take ownership of potential problems, reporting the problem to your Team Leader;
  • Being a point of contact for general queries being able to liaise with clients, contractors and tenants;
  • Intermediate to advanced level of proficiency with MS Office programs;
  • Maintaining in-house company reports and spreadsheets;
  • Branch reception cover when required;
  • Ensure all client reports are completed and sent out on time;
  • Being able to respond proactively to any emergencies/urgent issues as they arise;
  • Ability to generate professional correspondence unaided;
  • Monitor costs incurred by the department;
  • Arranging office supplies and invoicing;
  • Arranging access to properties;
  • Assisting with chasing payments, outstanding invoices & queries, terminating & setting up contracts;
  • Ensure ISO procedures are followed.


  • Experience working within the property sector is desirable but not essential;
  • Interest in design;
  • Hard-working and ready for a challenge;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Polite Telephone Manner;
  • Be articulate and a good communicator;
  • Previous experience in an office administrator/office manager role;
  • Previous administration experience;
  • Ability to comprehend new systems;
  • An administrative role preferablywithin the property market;
  • Ability to deal with client queries and document comprehensive notes;
  • Be a well-presented individual with a desire, character and attitude to succeed;
  • Capability to work in a process driven environment;
  • Have worked within a sales environment is highly desirable;
  • Initiative to work efficiently unsupervised.
