Responsibilities:
- Archive production records and device history records;
- Act as business administrator for documentation management system;
- Auditing production records and sterilisation records for compliance for applicable regulations;
- Working withe operations to resolve and non conformity’s on paperwork;
- Complete sterilisation release activities of finished product.
Requirements:
- Great attention to detail;
- Must be computer literate, Microsoft Office and Excel etc;
- Excellent communication and team building skills;
- Minimum recognised diploma in a food related discipline;
- Quality Control;
- Administrative experience;
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience;
- Data entry;
- Experience working with specification systems would be beneficial;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Food Safety and HACCP Level 2.
