Responsibilities:
- Familiar with Connect44 Inhouse optimization tolls KPIGraph;
- Working experience with PPM and NPO Activities;
- Strong RF Optimization experience – proven track record within a similar role;
- Good experience in Network Optimization;
- Daily monitoring Key Performance Indicator of network based on hourly/daily counters;
- Analyze the wireless network performance, provide KPI reports;
- Over five years’ experience of Huawei relevant product technologies;
- Familiar with optimization tools, use the tools to work in high efficiency way;
- Understand RF hardware and feature for 3G/4G/5G;
- Job Location: Bracknell, UK;
- E2E network optimization, e.g. RF, parameter and feature, capacity, traffic flow and management;
- Experience in Huawei optimization project;
- Interface and communicate with customer, responsible for customer satisfaction;
- Experience with Connect44 Project Management Tools is essential.
