Our company is looking for a SEO Tech Lead to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of your recommendations;
  • Develop relationships with key client stakeholders;
  • Time management – of individuals and self;
  • Understand business operations and the requirements and how best SEO integrates. Support the implementation of this,
  • Provide on-going scoping of the project which should be revised on a quarterly basis;
  • Being the go-to person for technical SEO challenges across other clients;
  • Reporting and presenting results, actions and next steps to clients weekly and monthly, and in quarterly meetings;
  • Setting relevant KPI’s and achievable SEO targets for the client;
  • Line manage and delegating work to Technical SEO Account Managers;
  • Collate and provide insights from data by working with analysts to ensure accurate and actionable reporting can be produced;
  • Being able to adapt and understand new web development technologies and how this affects SEO;
  • Reporting to the Head of SEO to develop strategies for the client;
  • Day-to-day communication with clients;
  • Aligning strategies with other digital marketing channels.

Requirements:

  • Expert technical SEO knowledge;
  • Involvement in developing client strategies;
  • Excellent CSS, JavaScript (especially Angular.js & React.js) and HTML skill;
  • Developing technical and on-page SEO roadmaps;
  • Previous experience in providing technical audits and ongoing recommendations;
  • Up-to-date knowledge and sound judgement on recent technology and SEO trends;
  • People management experience;
  • Significant client facing experience and ability to manage stakeholders;
  • Working knowledge of a variety of CMS and server technologies;
  • Evidence of previous SEO success,
  • Experience working with a wide variety of SEO/Search tools;
  • Worked across multiple clients in previous/existing role;
  • Experience managing and executing SEO for an enterprise business,
  • Analytical skills (inc. Adobe and Google Analytics).
