Systems Engineer (Enfield) Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Systems Engineer (Enfield) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate and timely records;
- Attending calls for maintenance;
- Recording site configuration information;
- Providing training to customers and colleagues as required;
- Commissioning small projects;
- Ensuring that audits are carried out of quality procedures;
- Rectifying all faults;
- Carrying out preventative maintenance visits.
Requirements:
- Experience with EXACQ CCTV systems and Honeywell Galaxy intruder alarm systems would be beneficial;
- Excellent communication skills – fluent in written and spoken English;
- Right to work in the UK/EU;
- Work history needs to be checkable for 5 years;
- Extensive technical IT knowledge, i.e. Installing various Windows Operating Systems; networking etc;
- Electromechanical experience;
- GENT training certification;
- Be comfortable working irregular hours and being on a 24/7 call rota;
- Qualifications: IT and or Electrical/Electronic qualification;
- 5 years’ minimum experience servicing, installing and commissioning fire and intruder alarms, CCTV and access control systems, ideally GENT based;
- FIA accredited fire qualifications;
- Knowledge of basic electrical principals such as measuring voltage and current drain.
