Our company is looking for a Technical Services Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and maintain specifications, ensuring information is accurate and complete;
  • Complete technical information requested by customers to ensure legal compliance on internal and external systems;
  • Ensure raw materials comply with any specific customer requirements;
  • Assist with third-party visits and audits;
  • Carry out technical KPI’s reporting and monitoring;
  • Collect required or missing information by liaising with suppliers;
  • Maintain the technical database;
  • Preparing and updating internal technical documentation for customers;
  • Supporting / advising customers and sales colleagues on technical enquiries;
  • Supporting the upscaling process for production;
  • Managing new product developments in collaboration with R&D in Germany, the sales force and customers;
  • Visiting customers to support and service existing and new projects.

Requirements:

  • Based in a Commutable Distance from Solihull;
  • HND/ HNC or similar in an Engineering / packaging environment;
  • Full clean UK Driving License;
  • Active user of all Microsoft office apps;
  • Experience in customer site technical engineering support;
  • AutoCAD skills desirable;
  • Previous experience working within a Service / Technical role is desirable.
