Our company is looking for a Joiner to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- First and second fix Joinery;
- Flooring;
- Stud portioning;
- Fitting soffits;
- Vehicle Provided;
- Ironmongery;
- Furniture;
- Window boards;
- Install joinery items they have produced within a 2 man team;
- Set out, machine and assemble bespoke joinery items;
- Related roofing work;
- Fencing (either Timber or Post & Panel);
- Re-decking Outhouse roofs;
- Pipework Boxing;
- Replacing Fascia’s & Soffits.
Requirements:
- Keen eye for detail;
- The ability to work within a fast paced environment;
- Valid CSCS and relevant PPE;
- Shopfitting experience is highly desirable;
- Own transport & tools;
- Must have the ability to communicate with client’s representatives, tenants and other agencies as required;
- Training and development;
- Full driving licence;
- Share Save and you Earn scheme – Buy shares within the business for three years, at a reduced price;
- Asbestos Awareness is desirable (not essential);
- Skilled CSCS card & Relevant PPE;
- Previous experience working on new build housing;
- Must be able to provide relevant checkable reference(s) on request;
- Previous site experience is essential;
- Must hold valid CSCS card – Blue/Gold skilled card preferred but not essential (this will be verified on application).
