Multi Trader Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Multi Trader to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- plumbing;
- Management of on-site subcontractors;
- Tiling;
- Carpentry;
- Ability to work on ladders, heights etc;
- Painting and decorating;
- Repair leaks, replacing bathroom, kitchen taps, mixer showers;
- Carpentry – Making Good;
- Renewing waste pipes, syphons, inlet valves, baths, sinks, basins, bath panels, pumps and tiling;
- Standard DBS Check;
- Full Clean UK Drivers Licence;
- NVQ Level 2 or Equivalent in Plumbing plus experience of Carpentry;
- Local Authority or Social Housing Experience.
Requirements:
- Own tools;
- Full UK driving licence;
- Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining high standard;
- Transport;
- Plumbling;
- Painting & decorating;
- Background in carpentry (preferably with NVQ or City & Guilds);
- Good inter-personal and customer facing skills;
- Minimum 3 years’ experience at doing all trades;
- PPE/Overalls;
- CSCS (not essential, but useful);
- Own vehicle and driving licence;
- Carpentry;
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, 8am-17:00pm;
- Experience within social housing.
